Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color or texture may occur depending on your screen settings and the natural characteristics of the materials.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and order details. If you created an account on Wallgrill.ch, you can also view your order history and invoices in your customer account.

How can I return an item?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within the return period indicated in our policy. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to start the return process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to Switzerland and selected international destinations. Shipping availability and delivery times are displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.
