WallGrill designs, manufactures, and sells outdoor grills, barbecue systems, and related outdoor kitchen solutions.
All product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes only and may be modified without prior notice.
Custom-made products may vary slightly in appearance, finish, color, or dimensions due to artisanal manufacturing processes.
3. Orders
Orders are considered confirmed only after written confirmation by WallGrill.
WallGrill reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
For custom-made or personalized products, production begins only after approval of the final specifications and payment conditions.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may or may not include VAT depending on the applicable Swiss regulations and the indication on the quotation or invoice.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card
- TWINT
- Other payment methods indicated during checkout
WallGrill reserves the right to request advance payments or deposits for custom projects.
5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on production schedules, product availability, transport conditions, or force majeure events.
WallGrill shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and installation conditions at the delivery location.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery of the products.
6. Inspection and Defects
Customers must inspect the products immediately upon delivery.
Any visible defects, damages, or missing items must be reported in writing within 5 days after delivery.
Failure to notify WallGrill within this period may result in the products being deemed accepted.
7. Warranty
WallGrill warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects under normal and intended use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Corrosion caused by environmental conditions
- Improper installation or misuse
- Lack of maintenance
- Damage caused by fire misuse, chemicals, or external impacts
- Modifications made by third parties
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing together with proof of purchase.
WallGrill reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund defective products at its sole discretion.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started.
For standard products, return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery and are subject to prior written approval by WallGrill.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, WallGrill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or website.
WallGrill’s total liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
Customers are responsible for using all products safely and in accordance with applicable fire, safety, and installation regulations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on wallgrill.ch, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of WallGrill unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
11. Privacy

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
