Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be fully satisfied with your barbecue. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your barbecue. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery, unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your barbecue arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
